Step sequence

Step 2 · Take order with knowledge
“Our house Negroni is excellent if you enjoy bitter-citrus notes — or I can recommend a non-alcoholic option.”
Step 3 · Deliver on time
Correct glass, temperature, garnish. Spot-check glassware before leaving the bar.
