Using This App's Score vs Official FTG Score
How to upload your latest official result and interpret self-audit projection against 72/82/90.
Official score (baseline)
On the Score Reference page, enter your most recent Forbes result:
- Rating (Five-Star / Four-Star / Recommended / Not rated / Other)
- Numeric composite if known
- Inspection period
- Optional upload of the score letter/PDF/image for on-property reference (stored locally in this browser)
Self-audit score (this app)
Mark Pass/Fail/N/A on standards as you walk the operation. Projection uses pass rate among applicable items:
- ≥90% → Five-Star band
- ≥82% → Four-Star band
- ≥72% → Recommended band
- below 72% → Below Recommended
Staff assessments
Each module has 10 questions. Pass requires 90% (Nine correct). A score of 80% may look like "Four-Star territory" on a property composite scale, but it does not certify the employee — certification is Five-Star only.
Gap analysis method
1. Enter official baseline.
2. Complete department module audits.
3. Run staff assessments until ≥90% pass.
4. Compare bands and prioritize high-impact fails weekly until closed.
