Will we be told when Forbes is here?
No. Assume any guest could be evaluating us.
Do we need to be fake or overly scripted?
No. Forbes rewards sincere, polished, natural service — not robotic scripts.
What if I don't know an answer?
Own it: "I'll find out immediately" — then return with the correct answer. Never guess rates, times, or allergy-critical facts.
Are facilities less important?
They're still scored (~25%). Broken AC, dirty rooms, or cloudy pools will sink a stay even with warm smiles.
What do Recommended, Four-Star, and Five-Star mean here?
Property composite bands: Recommended ≥72%, Four-Star ≥82%, Five-Star ≥90%. Mr C targets Five-Star.
How do assessments in this app work?
After studying a module, take the 10-question department test. You need 90% (9 correct) to pass. Retake after coaching. Results save on this device for training records.
Where do I see our last official score?
