1. Friend at the desk asks for a celebrity guest’s room

Preferred: Protect privacy; offer message option; alert MOD if pressure continues.

2. Guest offers cash to skip the line

Preferred: Decline gracefully; manage the queue elegantly; never sell queue position.

3. Colleague posts a guest photo on personal social

Preferred: Intervene; request removal; report per policy; train on consent.

4. Undercharge discovered after guest leaves

Preferred: Follow property policy with integrity — document; leadership decides outreach; never “make up” charges later.

5. Guest asks you to lie to a spouse about whereabouts

Preferred: Do not become part of deception that creates safety risk; involve MOD; protect privacy of all parties carefully.

6. Vendor offers gift for recommending their transfer service

Preferred: Decline personal kickbacks; use approved partners; disclose per policy.

7. Dirty room; guest present; manager wants blame on HK publicly

Preferred: Own recovery for the guest; coach privately later.

8. Safety trip hazard in corridor before a VIP arrival walk-through

Preferred: Fix/barrier immediately; delay optics if needed; document.
